Fresh bread, cereals, muffins, and hot waffles were provided for breakfast. the staff was respectful and friendly, always smiling. the location is convenient, with retail stores, restaurants, and Jackson, Tenn. nearby. Easy access to Casey Jones Village.

The bathtub was split and broken. Room was dirty as well as as the facility. Staff did not seem to care. Cable TV did not work.

Poor housekeeping. Housekeepers need proper training on how to clean a room. Coming from the hospitality industry myself I always check out the room.

The room was great, with a soft bed and a particularly good bathroom. The staff was awesome and offered free wake-up service and ironing. The location was good, very close to restaurants, stores, and shopping malls. Also, within walking distance to Casey Jones Village.
